Tawa daal parantha

                                   

 INGREDIANTS



                   

Flour

(Atta) - 400gm
Boiled moong daal - 200gm
Salt - to taste
Red chilly powder - 1tsp
Turmeric - 1tsp
Chopped coriander - 15gm
Chopped onion - 30gm
Chopped green chilly - 10gm
Melted butter - 20ml
water - as required










 METHOD



1.  Sieve the flour, make a bay,and add boiled dal and all the ingrediants. Start mixing        gradually,
     Add water if required and knead to make a soft dough,
     Cover it with moist cloth and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
2.  Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
3.  Roll them to make around disc(8-9"diameter).
4.  Heat a tawa and cook parantha on it by applying butter to it and serve hot.
                                                                                                           
    CookingTime:2-3minutes.
